All Aboard for Adirondack Railroad Mother’s Day Trains and Beer & Wine Series in 2025

Utica, NY – The Adirondack Railroad is helping celebrate Mom with “An Afternoon with Mom” luncheon and train rides on May 10th or May 11th. This one-of-a-kind experience is a three-hour round-trip ride on board an Adirondack Railroad vintage train from Utica’s Union Station to the historic Remsen Depot.
Upon boarding, complimentary mimosas or sparkling water with berries will be served. During departure, passengers will enjoy Shrimp Cocktail, Treasure Salad with yogurt dressing, and Fresh Bread. Once the train arrives in Remsen, enjoy a sit-down meal. All passengers will enjoy their choice of Chicken Francese with Seasoned Cut Potatoes and Green Beans or Eggplant Parmigiana with Seasoned Cut Potatoes and Green Beans. Beverage options include beer, wine, soda, coffee, tea, hot chocolate, orange, cranberry, or apple Juices. At the conclusion of the meal, all passengers will receive Red Velvet Cream Cheese Swirl for dessert.
Beer and Wine Train Series
Our other popular Adirondack Railroad trains include the Beer and Wine Train Series. Traveling north from Utica’s Union Station to Remsen Station, this round-trip, three-hour train tour is a great way to spend a fun evening enjoying live music and a nostalgic train journey.
Passengers receive a complimentary beer or wine glass (glass only – beverage not included) with each regular adult ticket purchase. This event is for passengers who are 21 or older.
