Adirondack Railbike Introduces Haunted Railbike Rides
Utica NY – Adirondack Railbike Adventures has partnered with Adirondack Central School for a special Haunted Railbike ride starting Saturday, October 12th. This partnership is a spine-tingling fundraiser for the benefit of the Adirondack Central School classes of 2026 and 2028. Adirondack Railbikes offer “Your front seat to nature!” with this exciting and spooky twist for three Saturdays: October 12, 19, and 26. Guests will get in the Halloween spirit on a railbike.
The Haunted Railbike Ride is a one-hour tour leaving Thendara Station and will have guests pedaling for safety back to the Station. Participants are encouraged to dress in costume for the season and dress appropriately for the weather.
Railbikes are a four-seat pedal-powered vehicle designed to allow you to ride and explore sections of the track that are closed off to other traffic while enjoying the beauty of the Adirondacks at a more leisurely pace. Tickets are now available on the website for the Haunted Railbike rides.
The Adirondack Railbike Adventures is operated by the Adirondack Railway Preservation Society, Inc., a not-for-profit 501(c)(3) organization with main offices in Utica, New York.
