Adirondack Railroad Helps Show Love on Mother’s Day
Utica, NY – The Adirondack Railroad is helping celebrate Mom when you board the Mother’s Day Special including a specialty brunch catered by Feast & Festivities by O’Conner’s and train rides on May 11th or May 12th. This one-of-a-kind experience is a three-hour round-trip ride on board an Adirondack Railroad vintage train from Utica’s Union Station to the historic Remsen Depot.
Upon boarding complimentary mimosas and mocktails will be served. Once the train arrives in Remsen, enjoy a sit-down brunch from the hand-crafted menu by renowned local chef Patrick O’Connor. All passengers will enjoy a choice of several delicious entrees including raspberry and mascarpone cheese stuffed French Toast, Crustless Quiche, Tenderloin of Beef Medallions, Chicken Luci or Pan Seared Salmon. At the conclusion of the ride all passengers will receive a personal chocolate-dipped strawberries gift box.
