Wednesdays on all three trains - July and August
The Mystery Company of the Finger Lakes & The Adirondack Scenic Railroad presents the "All New" Loomis Gang Train Robberies departing Thendara Train Station on Wednesdays in July & August on all three trains on that day. The infamous Loomis Gang is sure to ride in to rob the train to Carter Station. Don’t try to be a hero, these guys mean business.
Departing on regular schedule at 10:00am, 12:45:pm & 2:45pm

Tickner’s Canoe & Rail
Every day of operation, except Wednesdays
You can watch from the River - in a canoe or kayak that is.
Take a leisurely paddle down the Moose River and get a lift back on the train.

Bike & Rail Train (This item not available for on-line purchase)
Thursday - Sunday, June 25 - August 31
Departing at 10:00am
This train offers Mountain bikers the opportunity to take their bicycles north to Carter Station and then ride their bicycles back to Thendara which offers ten miles of Adirondack trails.
Bring your own or rent one in town.

Eco Lecture and stories about the Railroad and the Surrounding area
Thursdays ~ 12:30pm train only ~ July and August
This will be presented on the train trip from Thendara in a special designated car free of charge by Bernie Davies lecturer, famous for his stories about the Adirondacks.
